About Me

I'm Rachelle. And I love the wild. 

I've been a chef for six years but a keen forager and lover of all things natural and edible for a long time. I have spent many years cultivating knowledge about the huge variety of edible plants, flowers, roots and shoots that can be found within nature, and that is what I want to share with you.

Great food is all around us, but what sets Blossom and Weeds aside are those little extras that you didn't even know you wanted. From wild garlic to stinging nettles, dandelions to pineapple weed, wild flavours can be mighty, and elevate dishes from great to spectacular.

Always fresh and always from scratch, I want to use food to take you on a little journey with me through the wild, from the comfort of your own dinner table.
