In-Chalet etiquette

Crockery and cutlery are not supplied by Blossom and Weeds, and it is therefore essential that you inform your chalet manager or owner if you do not have adequate crockery or utensils for your group.

Blossom and Weeds will bring all the food and cooking equipment necessary to cater for your evening, and store it in the chalet. Each night, the chef will set the dinner table, cook and serve dinner, clear the table, and clean the crockery, cutlery and glasses. These will be put away and the kitchen will be cleaned down thoroughly, and left as it was found.

We request that the kitchen is clean and tidy upon the chef's arrival, and no dirty dishes or utensils are left from the day. Anything left out dirty will not be cleaned unless needed, and any significant washing up which may result in the chef spending extra time cleaning before preparing dinner may incur a surcharge.

Any breakages made by Blossom and Weeds will be either paid for or replaced. Any breakages or damages incurred by guests are to be discussed between you and your chalet provider.

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of our contract with you are performed, but cannot accept liability if we have not been informed by you of something we should know, or if something unforeseen or unavoidable happens that is out of our control.

We can not be held responsible in the event of change or cancellation to your booking resulting from natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstances.
